Spanish documents
When you want to buy a house, a car, or to live in Spain, you’re going to need some documents that are provided by the Spanish government. We can help you with getting these documents.
- For all home owners:N.I.E. number needed for annual tax return, obligatory for home owners
- For people who want to become resident:Tarjeta de residencia, registration as permanent resident in SpainPadronamiento, registration as citizen in the city where you liveSpanish drivers licence, 1 year before the expiration of your original licence, you must apply for a Spanish one, also if you are to be 70 in 1 year.
Property services
When you own a house in Spain, but you’re not living there the whole year, who takes care of you property? We supply several services on property management and maintenance.
- Monthly check up of your property, when damage occurs we provide a report with photos by e-mail and of course a quotation for the costs of the repairs. From 240,-€ per year. Want to know more?
- Key holding service. From 50,-€ per year. Beside that you have a spare key nearby you can also call us for an extra check of the property, for example after a heavy storm. For the checking of the property and any work that has to be done or supervised we charge a hour rate. Want to know more?
- Maintenance contracts for swimming pool, air conditioning, gardening and more.
- Cleaning service: more holiday time when the house is clean before you arrive and you don’t have to worry about cleaning before you leave.
- Shopping service: we fill your fridge before you arrive. Various packages possible: Basic, Luxury and The best of Spain.
- When you want some changes to be done on your property, we can advise you on choosing a construction company or decorator and our solicitor can arrange for the legal matters of the construction plans.
